Christmas Tree and Star From Solar Fairy Lightsprice button

This tall Christmas tree with star topper is made from solar fairy lights and it's the largest decoration I've come across yet. It's perfect!

The star itself is 11.2 x 11.2 inches. Nine strands of wire that are 11 feet long and covered in bulbs extend from its base.

You mount the star either onto a pole (not included) or to a part of your house and then pull the strands of lights out and away from each other to form the tree.

There are metal ground stakes you use to secure the end of each strand into place.

If you happen to have a pine or fir tree in your front yard that was about the same height you could put the star on top of that and drape the lights down the front and sides.

It includes a plug, too, in case you have a cloudy day where the solar panel hasn't received enough sun to power the battery inside.

It comes with a remote control so you can set 8 different light modes. It also comes in other colors.

As soon as I saw it I wondered if I could just make one like it myself but I think it would cost more than just getting the set.

I would, though, consider tying red bows along the strands or small ornaments, even, to customize it.
